Jason Statham & Rosie Huntington-Whiteley might be engaged?
Rumour has Jason Statham recently popped the question to Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and she must have said yes because earlier in the week the Transformers star was spotted with a big sparkly ring on that all-important finger.
While there has been no official confirmation that they?re set to wed, the Lock Stock actor has been dating 23-year-old Rosie for well over a year, which is practically forever in celeb years, so if they?re not engaged by now they certainly should be.

'Drive Angry': The Reviews Are In!
Should you hit the road with Nicolas Cage? See what the critics have to say.
By Eric Ditzian

"Drive Angry" marks three-straight supernatural films for Nicolas Cage, though each could not be more different. "The Sorcerer's Apprentice" was a Disney-driven tale of magical realism. "Season of the Witch" dove into the intersection of medieval black magic and campy B-movie wackiness. And "Drive Angry" literally begins with Cage driving a muscle car straight outta hell with the devil's henchman fast on his heels and doesn't slow down as it splashes blood and fire across the screen.
All three flicks share something else in common: below-average reviews. "Sorcerer's" and "Season" each went on to conjure up lukewarm box-office receipts. Can "Drive Angry" break the spell? Check out what the critics are saying and decide if the new 3-D film is the right choice for you this weekend.
The Story
"[It] may be a bit too slickly self-aware for its own good, but it's also rivetingly paced, outrageously funny and makes retina-scorching use of the new 3D technology. Nicolas Cage is on teeth-baring, eye-rolling form as John Milton (nice), the deceased felon who busts out of hell to track down the Southern death cult who kidnapped his baby granddaughter. Hooking up with mouthy muscle-car-driving white-trash waitress Piper (Amber Heard), Milton sets off in pursuit, all the while attempting to avoid the attentions of Satan's right-hand man, The Accountant (a majestically arch William Fichtner)." -- Tom Huddleston, Time Out
Crazy Nic Cage
"A little respect, if you please, for His Satanic Majesty Nicolas Cage. Nobody goes off the deep end like Nic. Nobody gives better value in bad movies than the sleepy-eyed Oscar winner with a gift for picking bad movies. 'Drive Angry' is a very entertaining B, C or D-movie, an over-the-top and in-your-face grindhouse gore, guns and 'Gun it' picture that's about epic shootouts, bone-snapping brawls, bare breasts and muscle cars. The gunplay is funny and the sex hilarious in this 'Ghost Rider is Gone in 60 Seconds' mashup." -- Roger Moore, Orlando Sentinel
The 3-D
" 'Drive Angry' is intensely bloody, violent and carries quite a few payoffs that are well delivered. It's also a movie you'd actually want to see in 3-D, unlike so many frauds in the marketplace these days. In fact, Lussier, who directed 'My Bloody Valentine 3D,' shows his growth as a 3-dimensional director by taking 'Drive Angry' to new heights. Seeing it in Real D, the depth was astounding, and Lussier throws a few CGI tricks right in the viewer's face. Even more impressive was his flashback sequence that could easily become one of the most influential in the 3-D age (the way he layers three 'thoughts' at once is mind-blowing visually). In short, it's worth the extra few bucks." -- Brad Miska, Bloody Disgusting
Going Grindhouse
" 'Drive Angry' is loud and busy, and it's rarely boring. But it's also never really good. 'Drive Angry' comes at the tail end of the grindhouse revival trend, and while it's better made than films like 'Machete' or the scores of indie films that followed in Quentin Tarantino's wake, it succumbs to the same problem so many of those movies do: it's a movie about the things that the filmmakers think are cool, and that's never cool. 'Drive Angry' isn't about anything, it's just a series of ideas that struck Lussier and Farmer as awesome, strung together at feature length. There's a lot of balls in Drive Angry, and even some brains, but no heart." -- Devin Faraci, Badass Digest
The Final Word
" 'Drive Angry' is, in the end, a genre romp. It's not aiming any higher than that. But it is made with real skill and style, and there's such knowledge of genre in the way they have built the script and both embraced and avoided certain conventions that it makes me feel like we're just seeing Farmer and Lussier warm up. Hopefully they'll keep working with collaborators as game as their partners in this particular crime, because 'Drive Angry' is a white-knuckle ride worth taking." -- Drew McWeeny, HitFix

Katie Price - An Apology
Yesterday we published an article which claimed that Katie Price had attended a gay lap dancing club in LA with her son Harvey.
We had repeated this claim after it appeared in the Daily Mirror and passed comment on it saying that we would love to write something nice about Katie but she does herself no favours.
Our opportunity to write something nice has come about sooner than we expected.
We accept that there is absolutely no truth in this allegation to Katie who we accept is a loving and caring mother to her children.
We thank Katie for dealing with us about this in a proper way.

Bachelor?s Shawntel: My Job Is Hurting My Love Life

?Brad was totally creeped out by my profession,? Shawntel tells In Touch. ?You could just see it from the look on his face.?
After Brad visited her hometown of Chico, Calif., and saw her in action at the Newton-Bracewell Chico Funeral Home, it became all too real for the Bachelor, and Shawntel admits that she wasn?t surprised when he sent her packing.
?Knowing that I grew up in the [funeral home] business, and may very well take over my dad?s side of the partnership, he said, ?I don?t know if I could even deal with death myself,?? she says. ?I think it was an eye-opener for him.?
And in a way, it was an eye-opener for Shawntel, too.
?I?m proud of my profession,? she shares. ?Whomever I wind up with will accept that, and unfortunately, I haven?t found that guy. I realized Brad and I weren?t meant to be together.?

'Hall Pass' Stars Recall Best And Worst Pickup Lines
Owen Wilson, Jason Sudeikis and Jenna Fischer quip about some memorable dating experiences with MTV News.
By Kara Warner

Those who have seen the trailer for Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis' new comedy, "Hall Pass," know that in the Farrelly brothers-directed film, the duo embark upon a series of zany misadventures after obtaining "hall passes" — basically a one-week vacation/break from their marriages — from their wives. During this marital hiatus, the boys do everything they can to pick up women, oftentimes using the most outlandish and ridiculous of pickup lines.
When MTV News caught up with Wilson, Sudeikis and fellow co-star Jenna Fischer recently during the film's press day, we asked them to share their go-to lines, as well as a few they've used with success.
"Hi, I'm Jason Sudeikis," Wilson quipped, which prompted a witty exchange between him and the "Saturday Night Live" star.
"Aw, that's very nice of you," Sudeikis said. "Does that work for you?"
"Yeah!" Wilson exclaimed, laughing.
And then Sudeikis focused a bit, seeming to put some thought into the question, only to make room for more for Wilson laughter and more back-and-forth banter between the two.
"My most successful one is, 'How much do you cost?' " Sudeikis joked. "And you have to use that specifically."
"Hold that for Valentine's Day," Wilson advised, even though Sudeikis clearly wasn't paying attention and went on with reciting bad pickup techniques.
" 'Are those real?' " Sudeikis said. " 'Your eyes. I'm talking about your dreams.' "
" 'Are they realistic?' " Wilson added.
Fine, fine. If they won't take the question seriously then we won't. Next up, a few of the best and worst pickup lines the fellow castmembers have heard over the years.
"Usually women will insult me," Sudeikis explained. " 'I don't see why you're so great.' And then, for some reason, I find that completely alluring."
"Ok, I'm going to win you over!" Wilson added. "Ok, sit right here. Settle in for the next hour or three — here we go," he joked.
Following with the theme of insults as pickup lines, Jenna Fischer recalled a particular unsettling experience.
"I had this guy come up to me at a bar when I was much younger and he had said, 'I bet I can guess your weight and if I do, can I get a kiss?' And I thought to myself, 'What?! No! What woman wants to talk about her weight? What if you're wrong? What if you're right? I don't care, anyway,' " she said. "The idea that you just approached me with the most objectified vision of me, you whittled me down to a number, was so offensive."
Needless to say, Fischer was not particularly receptive to that line.
"He did not get a kiss," she added.

'Unknown' Schools The Box-Office Competition
'I Am Number Four' opens at a disappointing #3 over the holiday weekend.
By Ryan J. Downey

Liam Neeson has a solid future as an action hero if he wants it, but "I Am Number Four" may have stumbled in its attempt to build a new sci-fi young-adult franchise, according to box-office receipts.
"Unknown" took in an estimated $25.6 million over the four-day President's Day weekend, making the Alfred Hitchcock-inspired Neeson thriller #1. Family-friendly CG-animated film "Gnomeo & Juliet," in its second week of release, was just behind with $24.8 million, according to reports. "I Am Number Four" was a surprising third with a $22.6 million theatrical debut.
The success of "Unknown" follows on the heels of 2008's "Taken," the surprise smash with somewhat similar themes that proved a capable action vehicle for Neeson, the 58-year-old actor who was previously better known for dramatic fare. "Unknown" co-stars January Jones ("Mad Men") and Diane Kruger ("Inglourious Basterds"), and was directed by Jaume Collet-Serra ("Orphan").
With echoes of the supernatural alienation of "Twilight" and the soapiness of CW dramas (some of the folks involved worked on "Smallville" and "Angel"), "I Am Number Four" is based on a young adult novel with obvious eyes toward sequels woven into the plot, about an alien war that comes to Earth. The movie cost between $50 and $59 million to produce, according to the Los Angeles Times, which means the somewhat soft-opening doesn't bode well for Disney's future plans with the franchise.
Speaking of sequels, "Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son" debuted with $19 million to land at #5. Both prior entries in the fat-suit-driven Martin Lawrence comedy series — "Big Momma's House" and "Big Momma's House 2" — opened much stronger in 2000 and 2006, respectively.
The Adam Sandler/ Jennifer Aniston comedy "Just Go With It" dropped to #4 in its second week of release with $18.2 million — roughly a 40 percent drop from its debut. Justin Bieber's "Never Say Never" fell much harder, taking in $13.6 million in its second weekend, a 54 percent drop. The 3-D documentary has taken in $48.2 million, however, which is far more than its reported $13 million production budget.
The overall box-office numbers were down roughly 30 percent from last year's $240 million gross the same weekend. "Avatar" 's strength in theaters certainly didn't hurt around that time.

Liam Neeson As Hollywood's Newest Badass: 'Unknown' Co-Stars Explain
Diane Kruger and January Jones say actor's 'body of work and gravitas as an actor' add a new layer to action films.
By Shawn Adler, with reporting by Kara Warner
Diane Kruger and January Jones

He may have broken in with roles in sword-and-sorcery flicks like "Excalibur" and "Krull," but how in the world did the Oscar-nominated man best known for his quiet, dramatic work in films like "Schindler's List," "Nell" and "Kinsey" suddenly become film's most believable, in-demand 60-year-old badass?
It's precisely because of his previous work, "Unknown" co-stars Diane Kruger and January Jones insisted to MTV News.
"I wanted to be in this movie because of Liam really," Kruger said. "Especially this kind of film. ... I think because of his age and because of his body of work and his gravitas as an actor, I think it brings a whole other layer of depth to this kind of film. It feels fresh. It feels like, yes, it's entertaining and it's light, but there's a whole other layer of emotions and character work going on."
Two years after Neeson rocked audiences as a super-talented assassin out to save his daughter in "Taken," the Irish thesp is back to kick butt and take names in "Unknown," a neo-Hitchcockian thriller about a man bereft of an identity after a car accident leaves him unsure of who he really is. While unquestionably dangerous and capable, here Neeson also has to play fragile and flustered.
It's a dichotomy that doesn't just show up in his film roles, January Jones argued, but in the man himself.
"He's such a perfect casting choice for this movie, because you could be intimidated by him physically because he is fit and could cause you harm," the future Emma Frost told MTV News. "But at the same time there's something so vulnerable about him in certain things he says and certain things he does that makes you want to take care of him, there's both sides of that. You could believe that he could be a bad guy, but you could also want him to succeed."

Kevin Costner Will Be 'Pa' In 'Superman,' Sources Reveal
Reports say Oscar-winner will play Man of Steel's adoptive father, Jonathan Kent, in Zack Snyder's reboot.

Kevin Costner is a man of interest for the Man of Steel, with director Zack Snyder and team keen to cast the "Bull Durham" and "Dances With Wolves" star in their Superman reboot, according to a Deadline report.
Citing "well-placed sources," Latino Review reported that Costner will play Jonathan "Pa" Kent, Kal-El's adoptive Earth father. With the film shrouded in secrecy, though, it might take Brainiac himself to figure out exactly for what role Costner is being courted. But, given Costner's screen history in films like "Field of Dreams," the role of "Pa," played by Glenn Ford in Richard Donner's 1978 "Superman," seems likely.
What little is known about the film suggests Costner also could play the role of Perry White, editor-in-chief of Metropolis mega-paper The Daily Planet, or General Zod, hinted as a companion to a rumored fellow Kryptonian villain. It's possible Costner might even step into the shoes of fellow Oscar-winners Gene Hackman and Kevin Spacey to play archenemy Lex Luthor.
Whoever he plays, Costner would be alongside Brit Henry Cavill, pegged to wear the Man of Steel tights in Snyder's re-imagining. Fans recently got their first glimpse of "The Tudors" star on the cover of Entertainment Weekly sporting a T-shirt with the iconic Superman shield.
Would you prefer to see Costner play a good guy or a villain? Sound off in the comments!

After watching "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," did you leave the theater thinking there was even more Justin Bieber film footage that you wanted to see? Well, your wish has been granted. A new version of the movie, dubbed "Director's Fan Cut," is about to hit theaters this week for an exclusive one-week run.
The extended version will hit theaters on Friday. According to a press release, it will include "more of Justin's friends and hometown life, new songs and performances, and special footage shot at fan premieres across the country."
"I realized I had an embarrassment of riches when I was in the cutting room," director Jon Chu said in a statement. "This cut allows me to retain some of the best scenes from the original movie, while incorporating previously unseen footage and new material I shot during our extensive promotional tour on behalf of the movie. Justin's dedication to his fanbase is unwavering and I was inspired as a filmmaker to attempt to provide them a unique experience that showed even more of his world."
The film originally opened on February 11 and features a behind-the-scenes look into the rise of Bieber's career. It also includes concert footage shot at various shows during his tour, including his stop at Madison Square Garden last summer.
"It is a testament to the professionalism and tenacity of Jon and the production team for turning around this new version of 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' director's fan cut in only a few months, giving fans an even-deeper look into Justin's life," Paramount Film Group President Adam Goodman said. "Giving fans an even deeper look into Justin's life." (MTV's parent company, Viacom, also owns Paramount.)

'Apollo 18' Trailer Premieres Online
'Cloverfield'-style found-footage flick posits aliens are reason man hasn't been back to moon.
By Shawn Adler

Everybody knows that man last set foot on the moon in 1972. The brand-new trailer for "Apollo 18," which premiered Friday on Apple.com, asks the question: "Why haven't we been back?"
From director Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego and producer Timur Bekmambetov, the trailer for "Apollo 18" mixes what appears to be archival footage of early space shuttle launches with "Paranormal Activity" -style "found footage" of a secret 1973 mission to the lunar surface, supposedly kept hidden from the public because of what the astronauts discovered.
"In the years following [Apollo 17] there was unconfirmed intelligence of an 18th mission," the trailer reads. "No evidence has ever been found. Until now."
Although not made explicit, the "Cloverfield" -style flick showcases several alarming incidents in its trailer, including a number of shots where it's clear the astronauts are not alone on the seemingly barren and deserted satellite. One particularly jarring shot shows one of the astronauts infected to the point of possession; another shows several non-human footprints in the gray lunar dust.
Conspiracy theories aside, and depending on your perspective, there actually was an Apollo 18 mission. Launched in 1975, the Apollo-Soyuz Test Project was a joint mission between US and Russian forces, officially and symbolically ending the great space race of the preceding decade.
The alternate history story is the English language debut of Spanish auteur Lopez-Gallego. Released by Dimension Films, "Apollo 18" will hit theaters April 22.

'Unknown' Leads Friday Box Office
Thriller bags $6.7 million while 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' tumbles to sixth place.
By Shawn Adler
Diane Kruger and Liam Neeson in "Unknown"

Asking what movie kicked off President's Day weekend by winning the Friday night box office is like the start of a bad Abbott and Costello routine: It's "Unknown."
Despite middling reviews, the Liam Neeson starrer about a man who awakens after a car accident to discover the life he thought he had has been taken away, topped all comers with $6.7 million on Friday from 3,043 screens.
Expected to end at somewhere over $25 million for the four-day weekend, "Unknown" continues Neeson's recent domination of the February box office. The secretly badass star wowed audiences two years ago in "Taken," which, after opening in February 2008, ended its run with $226 million worldwide.
"I Am Number Four," meanwhile, will have to settle for being number two. On Friday, the teen-targeted alien picture finished in second place with $6.2 million. The latest from director D.J. Caruso, and star Alex Pettyfer, "I Am Number Four" could still win the weekend with a strong Saturday bounce.
Last week's winner, the Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston starring "Just Go With It," came in third place with $5.2 million.
Rounding out the top five, new release "Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son" and holdover "Gnomeo and Juliet" earned $4.8 million and $4.3 million, respectively.
Which means America may have finally found a cure for Bieber Fever, as the doe-eyed one's 3-D concert pic, "Justin Bieber: Never Say Never," toppled all the way from second to sixth place, earning just $3.8 million on Friday.
Among Oscar hopefuls, "The King's Speech" (seventh place) continued its impressive run. The presumptive favorite at the Academy Awards will pass $100 million domestically this weekend.

Katie Price laughs off Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson?s ?whore? jibes?
Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson found himself in hot water again last night after he referred to Katie Price?s pink horsebox as a ?whore?s box? during a recent screening of the show.
When co-host Richard Hammond asked him to repeat what he had just said Clarkson replied, ?Horsebox, what did you think I said?? but the jibes at the former glamour model's expense didn?t end there as he then went on to suggest she might want to purchase the number plate ?ME11ONS.?
However rather than take offence Ms Price ? who we spotted leaving a hair salon in Soho last night ? laughed off the comments and told the Daily Star she?s already got the number plate ?BA11S? if Clarkson wants to swap.

'I Am Number Four' Director Says Aliens 'Much More Intriguing' Than Vampires
D.J. Caruso and stars Alex Pettyfer and Timothy Olyphant discuss which is the better fantasy character.
By Kara Warner

If one were to pinpoint a particular fantasy character that has dominated pop culture over the past few years, most people would agree that vampires have taken center stage as the mythological figure of the moment.
However, with extreme popularity often comes a point of overexposure. Not that we've reached that point yet with the fang fixation, but there are other creatures waiting in the wings. Take the new alien-adventure movie "I Am Number Four," for example, which showcases a sexy new take on the stereotypical green Marvin the Martian-type aliens.
When MTV News caught up with the film's director, D.J. Caruso, and stars Alex Pettyfer and Timothy Olyphant recently, we posed them an important question: Are aliens the new vampires?
"I didn't notice aliens kind of going in and out of fashion," said Olyphant, who plays mentor Henri to Pettyfer's Number Four (John Smith). "Where vampires kind of come and go, aliens, in general, it's a broader palette, so they've been around," he explained.
Caruso said: "I'd take aliens over vampires any day. Aliens are much more intriguing."
The "Disturbia" director agreed with Olyphant's sentiments about extra-terrestrial longevity. "Aliens have always been around," he said. "Vampires: They're wearing out."
Plus, while vampire stories are based in fiction, we can't say for certain whether life exists on other planets or in other galaxies.
On the possibility of life elsewhere in the universe, Pettyfer said, "There's got to be something out there — one way or another."
Caruso agreed: "I think there's something else out there. I can't imagine that God's just allowing this one planet to function; I think he's got a bunch of experiments floating around."

Liam Neeson's 'Unknown': The Reviews Are In!
Critics give high marks to Neeson, but are divided on neo-Hitchcockian thriller.
By Shawn Adler
January Jones and Liam Neeson in "Unknown"

With apologies to the groundhog, Liam Neeson is quickly becoming February's biggest star. Two years after the action-thriller "Taken" made him perhaps Hollywood's unlikeliest action star, the Oscar-nominated man who played Oskar Schindler is back to kick butt and take names in "Unknown," a neo-Hitchcockian thriller about a man who awakens after a car accident to discover the life he thought he had has been taken away, possibly just an after-effect of amnesia.
Is the movie itself worth forgetting? Here's what the critics are saying:
The Twist
"As much as 'Unknown' tries to be an intelligent thriller for grown-ups, the premise is pretty silly and normally, when that's the case, you know it's going to lead to an equally silly twist. Dark Castle regular Jaume Collet-Serra's previous movie 'Orphan' had one of the funniest twist endings possibly ever, though this doesn't quite achieve that extreme of insanity because the plot is so based in thriller clichés we've seen before, there aren't as many surprises until that third act. We won't give away the big twist, though we'll say that the film's biggest problem is that once it's revealed, much of what happens in the film's third act negates what happened earlier by turning much of it into nonsensical drivel." — Edward Douglas, Coming Soon
Will the Real Mr. Neeson Please Stand Up?
"With Harrison Ford mellowing with the years, Liam Neeson is stepping into the position, near and dear to action fans, of the average, over-civilized American man who, finding himself surrounded by trouble, picks up a tire iron and learns to swing it. It's one thing to convince an audience you're tough when you're covered with muscles. But to do so while wearing a jacket and tie takes concentration and sincerity. Neeson brings his own special quality to this type of role. As we saw in 'Taken,' in which he had to rescue his daughter in Paris, and now in 'Unknown,' playing a scholar whose identity gets stolen in Berlin, Neeson has a way of getting upset — a frantic purposefulness — that fills viewers with both empathy and anticipation: He's so miserable that we care." Mick LaSalle, San Francisco Chronicle
"Casting is crucial to a movie. The right lead changes every other aspect of the film, impacting the tone and the way scenes play. The wrong lead will suck the energy out of a movie, leaving what could have been a delight leaden and dull. Liam Neeson is the wrong lead for 'Unknown.' What's worse, he doesn't seem to care; bringing one boring level of gruff intensity to every scene, Neeson is unmodulated and uninterested in creating anything subtle. Which sounds weird when talking about a big, ultimately dumb movie like 'Unknown,' but if Jaume Collet-Serra's last film, the incredible 'The Orphan,' proves one thing it's that his special brand of lunacy needs strong, subtle actors to play it." — Devin Faraci, Badass Digest
The Supporting Players
"The venerable German actor Bruno Ganz plays a former Stasi agent whom Martin hires to help him prove his identity, and Frank Langella has a brief and marvelous small part as an American professor whom Martin contacts for help. The one scene that Ganz and Langella have together is worth the price of admission. Both are actors capable of elevating whatever material they're in, and for a few moments this fair-to-middling spy drama feels as emotionally rich and morally ambiguous as a Graham Greene novel." — Dana Stevens, Slate
The Final Word
"This is a studio thriller released in February, people, not the second coming of Hitchcock. Still, keep your expectations reasonable and director Jaume Collet-Serra — undaunted by the presence of the 2005 'House of Wax' remake on his résumé — will exceed them, delivering an exciting and unjaded entertainment with tremendous atmosphere, one that will keep you guessing almost to the final frame." — Andrew O'Hehir, Salon

Frank Lampard warns Elen Rivas against using their kids on TV?
Frank Lampard is said to be concerned that Elen Rivas high-profile relationship with Peter Andre will cause his two young daughters to be thrust in to the media spotlight.
The Chelsea footballer - father to 5-year-old Luna and 4-year-old Isla ? has reportedly asked his solicitor to inform his former fiance that she must keep them away from the cameras.
Lamps told a pal, ?I will not suffer my kids being pimped out on TV. I have already instructed my lawyers to make sure this doesn?t happen.?
A source told the Sunday Mirror, ?He is concerned about any stress Luna and Isla may be put under by the attention surrounding Elen and Peter?s romance.
?He doesn?t care what Elen gets up to. As a good father he has concerns for his children.?
However, Elen has since hit back at claims she would use her kids in that way. The Dancing On Ice star is said to be angry that Frank felt the need to go to his lawyers about this when she has never used her children in publicity shots and has no plans to do so.
Sounds like a big old fuss about nothing then.

Cheryl and Simon quit X Factor UK?
A while ago now Louis Walsh suggested that Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole were not intending return to the judging panel for X Factor UK so that they could focus all their attention on the new US version of the show instead.
At the time we thought Louis was just talking crap, but it seems as though he was telling the truth after all. Inside sources have told the News of The World that Cowell has told ITV:
"I'm committed to the American show and I'm not going to do both."
And it seems as though Cheryl has told them the same thing, leaving TV bosses in a state of shock.
They?re now deciding whether or not to shake up the judging panel completely by getting rid of Dannii and Louis as well and replacing them with a new batch of celebrities.
In typically egotistical style, it seems as though Cowell?s biggest headache is finding someone who can replace him. A source said:
"He has a lot of work to do. He knows he is going to struggle to top last year's series. And with Simon and Cheryl not there, the whole thing could feel very flat."
We don?t know about you, but we?re actually quite excited by the idea of having a judging panel shake-up, we're sure it can survive without Cowell?

"Friday Night Lights" star Adrianne Palicki has landed the coveted role of Wonder Woman in a forthcoming TV series based on the iconic comic book superhero made famous by Lynda Carter in the 1970s.
The Amazonian superhero has struggled to get herself to the screen over the past decade, but now that NBC has nabbed David E. Kelley's "Wonder Woman" TV series, production is finally under way. And it makes sense that Palicki, who spent three seasons on "Friday Night Lights," is the woman who landed the lead, considering "Friday Night Lights" director and producer Jeffrey Reiner is directing the show's pilot episode.

TV Line broke the news that Palicki will be playing Wonder Woman, but Kelley's show will demand that the 5' 11", 27-year-old actress play her two other personas as well. In addition to the titular crime-fighting DC comics superhero, now reinvented as a Los Angeles-based vigilante, Palicki will be playing Wonder Woman's public persona, mega-billionaire CEO Diana Themyscira, as well as her private persona, Diana's "plain Jane" assistant Diana Prince.
After Palicki's casting was announced, former Wonder Woman Lynda Carter tweeted her approval, saying, "Congratulations Adrianne!"
Palicki is far from a stranger to the small screen. In addition to her well-known stint on the recently ended "Friday Night Lights," she starred in the short-lived TV shows "Lone Star" and "Aquaman," and memorably guest-starred in "Supernatural," "Criminal Minds" and "Robot Chicken." She also recently worked big-screen projects, with major starring roles in 2010's "Legion" and the upcoming "Red Dawn" remake.
In recent years, Hollywood actresses from Jennifer Love Hewitt to Beyoncé have vied for the starring role in the big-screen version of "Wonder Woman."

Paris Hilton Celebrates Turning 30

Paris Hilton celebrated her birthday in style in New York on Thursday, and the heiress revealed to In Touch she was "a little worried" about turning 30.
"It sounds like a big number, but, you know, I feel so proud and accomplished for what I've done at this age," says the star, who oversees 17 different product lines, including shoes, handbags, perfumes, apparel, sunglasses, champagne, lingerie and a line of fake nails, eyelashes and hair extensions. "When I was a little girl, I never thought that this would all be happening right now."
Paris told In Touch the most expensive item she has invested in is jewelry.
"Cartier watches, the Panther Collection. But they're timeless. They're timeless pieces," she said.
As for the celeb closet Paris would love to raid, her decision was a quick one.
"I love Victoria Beckham's style," she said. "She always looks so gorgeous and put together. I love the way she dresses."
