David Beckham will not be a happy fella today after a judge quashed his bid to sue In Touch magazine after they published an article claiming he paid a �2,000-a-night hooker and a mystery brunette for a night of passion back in 2007.
Sadly for Becks under US laws, which enable freedom of speech, he would have to prove that the publisher acted ?with malice? and his lawyers failed to do so.
So that?s the end of that then.
