Paris Hilton teams up with Santa Claus to help underprivileged kids?

We caught up with a casually dressed Paris Hilton going about her business in Los Angeles yesterday.

First she visited a pain relief centre in West Hollywood and after that she headed to the Union Rescue Mission to give away some toys to underprivileged kids, which all sounds pretty normal.

But wait; there were two really odd things worth noting:

1)�� Why was Paris barefoot when she went to the Union Rescue Mission?

2)�� What was Santa doing there? It?s only July for crying out loud.
