Thirteen Green Bay players showed up on the Packers-Cowboys Wednesday injury report, including two players — WR Donald Driver (quadriceps) and CB Patrick Lee (ankle) — who have been widely reported as being unavailable for the game this Sunday evening and were listed as “out.”
Other than Driver and Lee, the most seriously injured Packer at present appears to be rookie TE Andrew Quarless (shoulder), who was the only Green Bay player not to participate in the practice. The following Packers participated on a limited basis: OT Chad Clifton (hamstring/knee), OG Daryn Colledge (back), S Nick Collins (knee), DE Cullen Jenkins (calf), OLB Clay Matthews (shin), RB Dimitri Nance (ankle), DE Ryan Pickett (ankle), OT Mark Tauscher (shoulder) and CB Charles Woodson (toe).
Even though he fully participated in the practice, QB Aaron Rodgers’ ankle injury was mentioned on the report.
The way we see it
If Quarless is out, rookie TE Tom Crabtree could become more of a factor in the passing offense. With 10 normal Packers starters on the list — counting Tauscher, who lately has been replaced at right tackle by Bryan Bulaga — it’s worth wondering whether anybody on the team is fully healthy.
