The SI.com article took us all by surprise.
Long time sports agent Josh Fuchs came out and dropped all the names of players that he had paid over the years including former San Diego Chargers' quarterback Ryan Leaf.
He also claimed that ESPN's Mel Kiper ranked certain players, that were represented by a good friend of his, higher on his draft board. A claim denied by Kiper, unsurprisingly.
The fall out from the article will be felt for quite some time. You can bet that the NCAA will be looking into some of the more recent names to see if the statute of limitations has run up.
