Even though the Packers limp into FedEx Field with an excess of injuries after a Week Four near-escape over the Lions that was very costly — SS Morgan Burnett suffered a season-ending torn ACL, MLB Nick Barnett suffered a possible season-ending wrist injury, and ORT Mark Tauscher is extremely doubtful in Week Five after hurting his shoulder — I still believe the Packers have too much firepower to flame out against the Redskins.
Green Bay’s offense has yet to put together a consistent 60-minute effort, but that all changes Sunday, with Aaron Rodgers lighting up the scoreboard in what I suspect might be a real barn-burner.
Prediction: Packers 35, Redskins 30
